Dumpling (Gyoza) Hot Pot

The most important thing is the SOUP !!
---- Chicken Consomme Soup ----
Boiled for 2 hours (Chicken Bone, Ginger, Garlic, Salt)

Grilled dumpling, bought in Kota, Jakarta (China Town)


The 2nd most important thing is the SAUCE !
You try any pastes sold in the Asian supermarket.
Mix it on to your sauce plate, according to your palate.

These are some varieties of today..
- Sesame Paste -
- Red Soy Been (Red Miso) Paste -
- Tobanjan -
- Black Vinegar -
- Funyu (Fermented salty Tofu) -

(Don't forget the lovely Coriander)


Recommended (Pork/Mutton), and lots of veggies!
